Do you provide any additional services?
Yes,
for larger events we can also provide additional speakers, lighting and
video entertainment. Along with our music entertainment services, we also
provide event promotions services. Some of these include posters or flyers,
invitation cards and personal event web pages containing any informational
and/or graphical content pertinent to your event. It is our pleasure to
help you promote your event and make it as uniquely special and expressive
as you choose. Please see our Events section
for more details. Additional fees apply.
9.
What are your payment policies?
Like
most D.J. companies, we also book our D.J.s on a first come first serve
basis. In order for us to hold your date, we require an initial deposit
of $100. Deposits are requested at the time of booking or by the "Response
Date" stated at the top of the Entertainment Agreement. Total payment
is due no later than the day of the event. A 10% discount may be deducted
if the total is paid in full at the time of booking or by the "Response
Date". Payments can be made with Visa, Master
Card, Discover, or American Express via the booking section of
our website; by fax; over the phone; or in person. We also accept cash
or company checks and money orders made out to La Boom.
No personal checks please.
10.
Is La Boom Licensed and Insured?
Yes, we have the necessary city and state licenses,
along with a company tax identification number filed with the IRS. In
addition to equipment coverage, La Boom also has extensive liability coverage.
11.
Do you require a contract?
Yes, a formal agreement protects both parties’
interests and represents a commitment to your event. Our contract is referred
to as the "Entertainment Agreement" and must be signed by the person in
charge of the event or an officer of the organization paying for the event.
