FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (PART 4)

12. What is your cancellation policy?
If for some unfortunate reason you must cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, your deposit will be forfeited. You may avoid forfeiture of the deposit by signing a new Entertainment Agreement for a substitute engagement performed within one year’s time. Rescheduling for events canceled due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. All rescheduled events are subject to availability.

13. How much time will the D.J. need to setup and will I need to provide anything?
The D.J. should be able to enter the facility or event site an hour before the event is scheduled to begin. This ensures that the music begins on time and that any last minute requests or program changes can be accommodated. Depending on the event, setup will take a half hour to an hour. For more details, please refer to the provisions outlined in the "Entertainment Agreement".

14. Are gratuities expected?
Gratuities given to a Disc Jockey at an event may be made at your discretion. Although not expected, they are certainly appreciated. We suggest you tip if the D.J. has met or exceeded your expectations.
